We begin each session with a slow, intentional tea ceremony, a quiet moment to drop in, breathe, and simply arrive. This isn’t just about sipping tea; it’s about creating sacred space to connect. It’s my way of honoring you, your energy, and the story you carry. In this gentle ritual, we take time to get to know one another, allowing any nerves to soften and presence to build. You’re invited to share what’s on your heart, your why, your intentions, your healing. This moment of grounded connection sets the tone for the session ahead, creating trust and safety so we can move forward with openness, reverence, and truth.

After our tea ceremony, we take a moment to clear any lingering energy, through breath, sound, or stillness, so you can step fully into the version of you that’s ready to be witnessed. From there, we move gently into the session. I’ll guide you through soft, intuitive poses that help you feel empowered, grounded, and beautifully connected to your body. Nothing is forced. Everything is led with care. This part of the experience is about embracing how you naturally move, how you feel most alive, and letting that shine through every image.
Every woman’s expression is unique and your location should reflect that. You’re welcome to join me in my sacred studio, a cozy and private sanctuary with three intentional setups to choose from, each designed to evoke a different facet of your feminine energy. Or, if you feel most alive in nature, we can take the session outdoors, to a flowing river in the mountains, a mossy forest path, or wherever the earth calls you to be witnessed. Whether indoors or in the wild, we’ll choose a space that feels aligned with your story and allows you to drop into full embodiment with ease and beauty.
